Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

Dear guest, welcome to our holiday home Monika! This is commodious house, surrounded by nature and private pool, ideal for all those who like peace and silence. You will have privacy in house, but loud parties after 11pm are not allowed. We recommend arriving with a car because there is 10 min drive to beach area and 15 min to Zadar. The Punta Garden House is located on the shore of Posedarje, a few minutes walk from the old core and the sunny shore. The house is ideal for 4-6 people. We have two rooms, two bathrooms with shower cabin, kitchen equipped with all appliances, terrace and big yard for private parking, swimming pool, barbecue and sea view. The double bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower cabin. In the luxury garden house you can choose to swim in the pool or the sea.
