Recently renovated modern two bedroom apartment with open plan kitchen living space and a stunning sea view. Our apartment is ideally located in the heart of Portstewart, only a 1 minute walk from the promenade and 10 minute walk from the golf course and beach. Most guests park up the car for the duration of their stay as cafes, bars and restaurants are right on our doorstep. The apartment is located in a quiet, gated development with a designated parking space and guest spaces also available.

This is a bright and airy 2 bedroom flat that has been lovingly redecorated. It provides guests with an excellent base for an enjoyable holiday, whatever you are planning! There are shops, golf course, bakery's, bus stops, restaurants, libraries, bars, cafes, pharmacy's and the sea are all within a 0.5 mile radius. There is a large open large area of grass with picnic and barbeque facilities to the rear of the property. The sea, areas for swimming and rock climbing are also at your fingertips!

This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety.
