Family holiday in a private, traditional rustic style,2-storey villa of 160 m2 in a 1250 m2 garden with a 40 m2 swimming pool, ponds, bbq and many different options to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. All the facilities are for the exclusive use up to 6 visitors (+1baby) who enjoy to combine the calm and quiet of nature with the vivid options of the coastal front of Attica. Just an hour from center of Athens and 25 min from Airport.

Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Με αμάξι η απόσταση από το αεροδρόμιο είναι 17' και 5' από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Η περιοχή της Αρτέμιδας είναι δημοφιλής τόπος για water sports (SUP, Windsurfing, kitesurfing).

Η “Caja De Anthea" με θερμαινόμενο τζακουζι βρίσκεται στην Αρτέμιδα (Λούτσα), 500m απο ήρεμη , αμμώδη παραλία. Διαθέτει εξωτερικό bbq και ξυλόφουρνο, τζάκι και θέρμανση. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, θα σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Η Vila είναι ιδανική για επισκέπτες με ανταπόκριση (transit). Η τοποθεσία έχει άμεση προσβασιμότητα σε αεροδρόμιο (15' με αυτοκίνητο), από την έκθεση metropolitan expo (15’ με αυτοκίνητο), παραλία (8' με τα πόδια). Σε απόσταση 5’ υπάρχει φούρνος, μίνι μάρκετ.

The National Garden is just across the street and all main sites, shopping and nightlife districts are within a short walking distance. The apartment features a private terrace and a pool with direct view to the Acropolis.
