Cae Adda cottage is cosy and warm

Our cottage has a wood burning stove, which keeps you cosy on winter evenings. Situated right by Trawsfynydd lake, with amazing views. If peace and tranquility is what you are looking for then this is the perfect spot for you. Sorry no pets. And no swimming or inflatables allowed on Trawsfynydd lake as it’s primarily a fishing lake. Great cycle and footpath round the lake for any one wanting to get out. We are situated inside the snowdonia national park so plenty of places to visit close by.

Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque small town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales where all amenities can be found and our beautiful Castle. Breath taking walks can be accessed from the doorstep which can take you along the beautiful coastal path and/or venture through farmland and take in the fresh air.

You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. Bronturnor Cottage is situated on a small farm near Porthmadog and Portmeirion. The cottage is in a peaceful rural setting, yet close to shops and other amenities. The cottage will sleep 4-6 and has a large living room with views towards the Ffestiniog Railway. Being a converted barn the cottage has plenty of character with exposed beams in the living room.
