Villa at the beach with pool near Barcelona

The villa is situated in ideal location and has a total of 4 separate bedrooms, pool, outside dining table, and a garden. The property is 200 meters away from the nicest beach In Barcelona, wide and 5km long with a promenade. In walking distance there are plenty of beach clubs, bars, and restaurants. AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

Apartamento en primera línea de mar con vistas espectaculares. Tiene piscina, parking subterráneo y terraza en el piso superior de uso privado. En la mejor zona de la playa: muy cerca de la zona comercial, al lado de la parada del bus y a pocos minutos de la estación del tren. Sea front apartment with spectacular views. It has swimming pool, underground parking and private upper terrace. In the best location of the beach: very close to shopping area, bus stop and a few minutes from train station

It is located in the center of the city just 10 min by walk to the port (Beach) of Barcelona and 10 min to famous Las Ramblas street and the metro - green line it is in front of the apartment. The property consist of 3 double exterior bedrooms , each one with the exterior balcony, large kitchen - dining room, very large bathroom, very well decorated no missing details.
