Our "Casa del Mar" is located in the first beach area (south-facing) of Alcudia and offers a fantastic view of the beautiful marina and the bay "Platja d'Alcúdia". The residential complex is located in the heart of Port de Alcudia and has plenty to offer for young and old alike. Restaurants, bars, boutiques etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The use of the communal pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex, sun loungers are of course available and included.

The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) Nuestra Villa está situada a 50 metros de la preciosa playa del puerto de Alcudia. Ideal para niños por su poca profundidad, su arena blanca y fina. Una de las mas bellas de Mallorca! Hospedamos hasta un máximo de 12 adultos. Se distribuye en 2 casas en una misma superficie y en una sola planta. El edificio principal es para máximo 8 personas y el anexo para 4.
