Casa del Lago | Playa, lago y paz.

Chalet de 2 plantas con vistas al lago y a 200m de la playa. Chimenea, 2 kayaks con acceso directo al lago, jardín, barbacoa. A 3 minutos a pie de una de las mejores playas de Europa. 3 dormitorios con 4 camas en total, 2 dobles y 2 individuales , 2 baños y terraza con vistas al lago. Zona muy tranquila y rodeada de restaurantes y supermerc . Transp público. En el check- in se requiere el n. de doc de identidad de los huéspedes y antes del check out, el pago de la ecotasa turística balear .

Welcome to Casa Del Pinar, located in a secure and quiet residential area and in walking distance (+/- 200m) from a natural beach. On the ground floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with storage room, dining and living room and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. At the back there is a laundry room. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace. A bedroom with two bunk beds and a double room. These two rooms share an additional bathroom.

Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

House with pool just steps from Alcudia beach

The house, of modern construction (2010), and with a functional decoration, has a lot of natural lighting, due to its large windows and orientation. It has a nice and large area of terraces and garden, where the pool is located, and a chill out area to enjoy the outside, as well as a barbecue. The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.
