Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Calypso's Cottage is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is conveniently located 5 blocks from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Rooms 1 & 2 each sleep 4 on two full sized beds and share a hallway bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a private bathroom, and TV. Complete with wireless internet, 50" smart TV, and private balcony. A large patio area under the cottage with a table, lounge chairs, rinse station, and plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking.

The first floor condo has everything you need for your shorts trip getaway or staying like a home . King size extra pillows top mattress. Queen size sofa bed for your company. The Shell is one of 5 cabins just a block and a half from the beach. All of our unique cabins open onto a connecting porch and face out into a courtyard where the kids can run free as you relax with friends and family. This cozy, private coastal getaway includes a twin trundle with a pop-up twin beneath. (there is also a twin inflatable mattress in the shallow loft). Perfect for solo adventurers or business travelers; can work for couples. It is located in the historic Del Mar neighborhood, 2 1/2 blocks from the bay and Cole Park. The ideal location to experience all the wonderful activities that the "sparkling city by the sea" has to offer.
