Located in an excellent position near to Ashley Cross which is a great place to eat and socialise in Poole. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach & also really close to very regular bus routes to Poole & Bournemouth so you could leave the car and not have to park at the air show or other local attractions. The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets - sorry!
