I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for four months. The space is aesthetically pleasing and very well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance and excellent public transport connections nearby. I always felt extremely safe in the neighbourhood, even late at night. The overall vibe of the place is warm, welcoming, and peaceful—ideal for both working and relaxing. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the city!

Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement deux minutes à pied de la plage et de bars de plage à l’ambiance conviviale et familiale. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

Notre séjour sur la côte fleuri c’est dérouler à merveille. Un logement propre, une literie confortable, le plus les serviettes et nécessaire de douche à disposition. L’appartement est situé dans une rue calme, à 5minutes de la mer. Je recommande fortement cette appartement. Je reviendrait à coup sur! Merci

Super week vakantie gehad. Het huis was mooi , netjes en echt van alles voorzien. Tuin was perfect vooral om nog lekker in het avond zonnetje te zitten. Keuken was meer dan compleet. De douche was heerlijk. Persoonlijk vonden wij de bedden niet zo fijn, maar des ondanks hadden we graag nog een aantal dagen willen bij boeken. De omgeving is meer dan prachtig, kortom wij hebben genoten. Bedankt

Séjour formidable en famille. La maison de Pierre est idéalement placée et organisée à merveille. Elle est pleine de charme et confortable. Nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin à l'arrière de la maison et y déjeuner presque tous les jours. Nos avons apprécié le flan normand léger d'Hélie Bruno, l'excellent Pont L'évêque de La Houssaye de la Fromagerie des Bains et le poisson frais sur les quais. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

Wij verbleven een week in het appartement van Thomas. Hebben genoten van de smaakvolle inrichting. Heel bijzonder in zo'n omgeving als het voormalig Grand Hotel. Binnen 50m sta je met je voeten in het zand en de zee. Houlgate heeft ons hart veroverd met z'n sfeer, echt Frans, de winkeltjes en restaurantjes, was een feest. Omgeving is een bezoek ook meer dan waard. Het appartement is heerlijk om in te verblijven, zelfs op een regenachtige dag. Wij kunnen dit zeker aanbevelen.

Logement idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage à pied. La vue mer est très agréable. Le logement est propre, bien agencé et avec tout le nécessaire (il y a même un réducteur et un marche-pied pour les enfants!). Merci à Audrey pour son sourire et son accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement impeccable, rénové récemment, avec vue sur la mer. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à distance à pied, on a profité de la digue et de la plage de sable fin. Merci à Christelle pour son accueil, ses consignes et ses conseils.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le logement proposé par Cécile et Michel est tout à fait conforme à la description donnée. Tout y est; logement lumineux, bien équipé, sympa et très agréable. Il se situe tout à côté des plages de Courseulles sur Mer qui sont magnifiques. A partir du logement il est très facile de rayonner sur l'ensemble des plages du débarquement. Appartement confortable et conforme à la description. Parking privé. Accès à la mer à pied. Balcon très ensoleillé avec jolie vue sans vis à vis sur les jardins. Literie confortable et propreté ok. Jolie marché les mardi et vendredi à 10 min à pied.

The location is perfect!It's the first residence from promenade and the beach but the building is facing the small and quite street.Meanwhile it's just 3min walk from all the restaurants and shops and 15min walk to the very centre of Deauville.During the winter parking is free on the street and there are always places to park just in front the entrance so you do not even need to use the garage.The apartment is very warm which is also good for the winter. It has everything what is needed for living.The balcony is much bigger and more cosy than on the photos. It's on the sunny side so you can enjoy your breakfast outside even in winter days.The only thing which we would like to have additionally is a bit more space for our staff in wardrobes and cupboards.Unfortunately they are all full except one in the bedroom.May be for the summer it does not matter,but during the winter we had to bring a lot of clothes with us for different weather and having more space to store it would be nice.
