A Casa Nenella la mattina inizia con il cinguettio degli uccelli che accompagna i primi raggi di sole, senza fretta, senza rumore, senza stress. Per chi ama l'outdoor, Casa Nenella è una base perfetta: parti a piedi e vivi la montagna nella sua essenza. Dopo l'escursione, il rientro è una coccola, il giardino ti aspetta con la sua quiete, perfetto per un momento di relax, un tè caldo, un bagno in tinozza o una sauna. E quando scende la sera, lo spettacolo continua fuori guardando le stelle.

Le Balcon du Champsaur : le gîte Autane

Le gîte Autane du "Le balcon du Champsaur" de 75 m² fait partie de notre ancienne ferme située dans le hameau les Richards surplombant le village animé de Pont du Fossé avec ses commerces et services . Sa situation dominante lui permet une vue unique sur la vallée du Champsaur, le départ de randonnées aux portes du Parc des Ecrins, l'envol en parapente et un site d'escalade à proximité. En hiver, c'est aussi un spot apprécié par les adeptes de ski de randonnées ou de balades en raquettes.

Retour au calme et à la nature

Maison indépendante avec grande terrasse panoramique avec vue dégagée sur les montagnes lieu très très calme sur un grand terrain en pleine nature et à 5 minutes de la ville et des remontées mécaniques . La maison est complètement refaite à neuf au goût du jour . Elle est composée de 3 chambres un salon cuisine toute équipée une salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne et un WC séparé. Elle peut accueillir 6 personnes . Idéal pour un week-end ou des vacances au calme à la montagne .

The house is located in the village of Rore, at an altitude of 900 meters, in Valle Varaita. It enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and is surrounded by nature. It has a private garden, enjoys extreme tranquility and there are a total of 4 places. Rore is a village with a rich history; here, there is a culturally significant center where exhibitions on local tradition are often held. Nearby, there is a beautiful network of trails, shelters, and restaurants with different tastes.

Casa familiare

La casa di Eleonora e’ arredata con gusto ed ideale per accogliere famiglie (su richiesta è possibile aggiungere un lettino per neonato ed un fasciatoio). E’ suddivisa su due piani e possiede una grande cucina accessoriata a vista utilizzabile dagli ospiti. Possiede una grande terrazza, un giardino ed un prato dove in estate viene posizionata una piscina. E’ possibile parcheggiare comodamente la propria auto. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata, ma comoda ai servizi.

Situata a dieci minuti dal cuore del paese la nostra Borgata rappresenta un'incantevole terrazza affacciata sul Monviso e sulla Valle circostante. I frutteti di proprietà familiare e la ricca vegetazione costituiscono il luogo ideale per sieste e passeggiate dove poter riscoprire il contatto con la natura. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di una villetta bifamiliare di recente ristrutturazione. In loco è disponibile un piccolo spazio per il ricovero di eventuali biciclette.
