Erg mooie locatie, prachtig ruimte zowel binnen als buiten! Duidelijke communicatieve voor de aankomst en eventuele vragen werden zo beantwoord. Zou dit zeker aanraden voor mensen die veel ruimte voor zichzelf zoeken op deze locatie.

We hebben een prachtig verblijf gehad. De accommodatie ligt op een half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld en een klein uurtje van Parijs. Parijs is goed te bereiken met eigen vervoer, openbaar vervoer of Uber. Qua accommodatie is vooral het zwembad + terras prachtig, goed onderhouden en erg privé. Je hebt 0,0 last van buren of voorbijgangers. De ontvangst en hulp voor en tijdens de vakantie door Maryse en Serge was er goed. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ook schromen ze niet om Engels proberen te praten. Ze reageren erg snel. Het huis is verder erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is rustig. Het ligt in een klein dorpje. Voor wie er van houdt; een aanrader!

pierre a ete adorable !! Lieu sécurisé avec assez de place pour accueillir les véhicules ,nous avons été un peu plus que prévu cela n'a pas été un problème. Le logement est très cosy la literie est confortable, cuisine entièrement équipée, petit poêle pour la convivialité... parfait ! la maison de pierre est sur le même terrain mais notre hôte a ete très discret dans le respect total de notre tranquillité. le terrain et le jardin sont très grand et propice à l'intimité. bref un moment très agréable nous recommandons vivement !!

Très bonne expérience dans la maison de Sylvain avec mes filles et ma femme. On a beaucoup apprécié la maison et la proximité de la Marne. Vraiment bucolique on a passé un très bon weekend. Sylvain est très gentil et flexible. Merci pour ces 2 jours !!

We had the perfect stay for our family get away. Photos do not do this place justice, it is modern, specious and peaceful hideaway in a lovely little village. We especially enjoyed our morning trip to the local bakery each day for our freshly baked bread and to choose from the selection of cakes. It was ideal for our trip to Disneyland Paris as it was an easy 15 minute drive away and we loved the themed rooms, our daughter especially enjoyed the selection of soft toys around the place. Sabine was a brilliant host, she greeted us on arrival and gave us tips for the local area. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay soon!

Ils créent une atmosphère conviviale et authentique, rendant le séjour inoubliable. Hautement recommandés! Le logement est très bien situé, il est certes pas très grand mais bien agencé et il conviendra parfaitement à un couple et également à leurs convives occasionnellement. logement tel que sur les photos! le parking en sous-sol est parfait vu le manque de places à l'extérieur. Les instructions d'arrivée sont super claires et l'hôte est facilement accessible

We were a family of four adults and this was a lovely stay for us and was also wonderfully setup for a family with children.

Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the decor and feel of the apartment, and how peaceful it was. It was close to the train station so we could travel to all attractions in Paris throughout our stay with ease.

We traveled to Paris with our 8 month old and Faustine's place was perfect for us. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with all of the amenities we needed. A short walk to the metro. Faustine was very responsive with any suggestions and accommodating, we will definitely look her up when we come back to the city.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Paris avec le métro de la ligne 12 juste au pied de l'appartement. Des commerces de proximité situé juste à côté Jeanne est très sympathique et accueillante. Un immense MERCI pour tout nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Appropriately priced apartment in Saint Dennis, within walking distance from the train station. I will admit, prior to arriving, I was a bit skeptical after reading some things about Saint Dennis, however once I arrived, I felt perfectly at-ease. The neighborhood was safe, walkable, & had various amenities nearby (bodegas, restaurants, parks, etc). Via train it's only 20-25 minutes to Trocadero. As for the apartment itself, it looks even bigger in person. Clean, well-stocked, strong WiFi, a lovely balcony for enjoying evening sunsets. There is one AC unit in the living room, however Samia was kind enough to provide fans for the bedrooms. Overall, this was a great choice for two digital nomads working/traveling in Paris and would certainly consider staying again.

Logement agréable, bien équipé, situé à côté d'un axe un peu bruyant à mon goût mais j'habite à la campagne, ça reste un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour la région

Un excellent logement, à seulement 10 minutes en bus de l'aéroport CDG. Proche d'un très joli parc avec jeux pour enfants (à la mairie), de commerces et restaurants. Parfaitement équipé pour couples et familles, même la baignoire bébé y est ! Propreté irréprochable.

Mon séjour chez Kayodé a été très satisfaisant. La résidence privée est calme, bien située et offre un accès facile aux transports publics, à seulement dix minutes à pied. Les instructions fournies étaient précises et suffisantes, ce qui a facilité à la fois mon arrivée et mon départ. Je reviendrai certainement si l'occasion se présente.

Séjour parfait! Le logement était exactement comme décrit, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement idéal, calme tout en étant proche de toutes commodités. L’hôte Romane a été très arrangeante, Hugo très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement sans hésiter et je reviendrai à 100% =)

Vielen Dank Nicolas, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in deiner Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Super Erreichbarkeit der Metro. In 10min in der Innenstadt. Tolle Bäckerei vor der Tür und auch sonst ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben unser Auto für 17.50 Euro pro Tag in die Tiefgarage gestellt. Braucht das Auto überhaupt nicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können Nicolas und seine Wohnung nur empfehlen.
