Villa Relax Pula

Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. Raspoloživa je za 14 osoba +2 pomoćna ležaja. Unutrašnji prostor zauzima 500 m kvadratnih i 2000 metara kvadratnih prirodne parcele koja pruža dodatni ugođaj.Travnjaku se nalaze nogometni golovi, trampolin , ljuljačka i kamin . U prizemlju objekta smješten je prostrani dnevni dio sa kuhinjom i blagavaonicom modernih linija izlazom na veliku terasu 100 m kvadratnih na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i pavilion.Također se na prizemlju nalazi i welness iz kojeg se preko velikih staklenih stijena pruža pogled na bazen , terase i zelenilo.Bazen je veličine 48 m kvadratnih od toga dio je za djecu dubine 0.5 m i za odrasle dubine 1.5 m kvadratnih te posjeduje hidromasažu. Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. Na katu kuće nalazi se radna soba , 4 sobe sa kupaonicama svaka soba sa izlazom na terasu i 1 soba u mansardi. Kuća je klimatizirana a sve prostorije raspolažu sa centralnim grijanjem. Osim unutrašnjeg stepeništa, etaže su međusobno povezane liftom . Velike natkrivene terase daljnja su posebitost ovog objekta. Kuća se nalazi blizu marine , ali i svih drugih zanimljivih sadržaja kao i centra drevne Pule koji obiluje kulturno povijesnim znamenitostima. U našem susjedstvu ima mnogo restorana "Volaria" i Ribarska kolibau Marini Veruda koje nude bogati riblji meni Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restoran koja nudi tradicionalnu istarsku kuhinju.Također i Pivnica na Rivi .Možete iznajmiti bicikle, mopede, čamce, automobile itd. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Rovinj 30 km udaljen od Pule u kojem možete vidjeti Hrvatsku u malom gdje se nalazi i veliki akvarijum. Relax house Villa Marina

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
