We remodeled this cabin with the goal to create a space where you can reconnect with nature while simultaneously indulging in pure comfort. The Lure is a fully renovated 1940s fishing cabin reimagined into romantic waterfront retreat for 2 on the glacial waters of Round Pond in Lake Harmony. Designed for couples, this home pairs vintage charm with modern indulgence--private hot tub beneath the stars, crackling wood-burning fireplace, fire lit evenings by the shore, and quiet mornings drifting by canoe. Secluded yet moments from adventure: hiking, dining, skiing, Jim Thorpe, and Pocono Raceway--where romance lingers and time slows.

Come and enjoy your stay at the Historic Lakewood Park. We have ten cabins open year-round for rental at the property. Each offers an enjoyable experience on our 63-acre and 10-acre lake. Amenities include single-room cabins with fireplace, kitchenette, queen bed, couch (folds to a bed), private bathroom with 5' tiled shower, wifi, cable TV, lake fishing, hiking, outdoor firepit, grill, and more. Linens are included with this cabin (bedding, pillows, towels, wash clothes, soaps, shampoo, etc.)
