It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Dans la continuité de notre habitation, un "gîte" de 80 m2 sur deux niveaux à la campagne. Au rdc cuisine éguipée, sdb, poêle à bois, coin salon. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec poutres et hauteur sous plafond. Piscine, en général accessible de juin à fin septembre. Nous mettons à disposition barbecue et tables. Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment.
