Welcome to our new Rosarito beach house! We have spent months renovating our home, inside and out, and are excited to share it with you! Our home is located on the north end of Rosarito, in the private, gated community of Baja del Mar. It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

It's located in a quiet area in Playas de Tijuana Sección Costa Hermosa, 5 minutes from the ocean, 10 minutes from the boardwalk, with many local coffee shops and restaurants, "Friendship Park", and a lighthouse at the border with San Diego.
