Trendy restoration in this lovely, clean farm style Victorian. Contemporary luxury at its best. A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. A small table with chairs offers a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. A small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we DO NOT have a kitchen)

Welcome to our Little Red Barn in rural Loomis. We love this area because we are surrounded by hundreds of destinations worth exploring. Whether you're interested in CA history, white water rafting, lazy lake days, skiing in Tahoe, farm to fork, or fine dining, then our Little Red Barn is a perfect jumping off location. Our barn features a completely remodeled guest suite located on the second floor. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking our but growing mini farm.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.
