Cala Deia. Mejores vistas en Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Confortable chalet a 400 metros de la playa de S'Arenal. Una chalet de dos plantas. En la planta baja se encuentra una amplia cocina perfectamente equipada, dos habitaciones dobles y un baño además de un confortable salón comedor con un espacio de ocio con sillones y televisión. En el piso superior, una preciosa Suite con baño completo y dos habitaciones dobles y un baño completo. Piscina con jacuzzi y cuello cisne. Zona Bbq. Aire acondicionado en habitaciones, comedor y cocina.

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. If you are 4 people please book it for 4 people not 3 - Thanks

Palma, jacuzzi, pool, near beach, no car needed,

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

En la zona más tranquila de esta encantadora aldea turística, antiguo pueblo de pescadores, muy cerca de la playa del centro. La mejor zona de Mallorca sin dudarlo, una preciosa playa de arena blanca de unos 5 km de largo y un paseo marítimo de unos 4 km con muchos restaurantes. Bonita casa de campo pareada. Zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada. Dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y otro doble, baño con ducha. Sala estar comedor con tv satélite. Cocina completamente equipada. Aire acondicionado frio/caliente en dormitorio principal y zona de estar . Porche y jardín privado, equipado con mobiliario de jardín y BBQ. Zona aparcamiento privada y cerrada. Jacuzzy exterior climatizado.

Una villa con un estilo rústico y encantador. Con paredes exteriores de piedra y un jardín extenso que rodea la villa, disfrutarás de un entorno natural y tranquilo. La piscina con hidromasaje es un oasis de tranquilidad, mientras que la zona del porche y la barbacoa invitan a disfrutar de una deliciosa comida al aire libre o a relajarse en sus acogedores sofás.

NO PARTY HOUSE, THE BEST FOR FAMILIES AND CYCLISTS

you are welcome! 😁 we normally rent to families or over 50s, better if you have good previous reviews 🤗 . please, only remember that you can't have parties, can't have guests and we need a lot of calm and silence in the night, 😉forgive me for being so direct, but I've had many problems in the past and we have to respect the neighbors🤗 we live upstairs
