This historic apartment is in the heart of Florence near Piazza Sant'Ambrogio, the Synagogue, a 10 min walk to the Duomo, Santa Croce and museums but in a classic quiet neighborhood filled with restaurants and a famous open market. The apartment has been remodeled protecting its 15th century stone wall, cotto floors and frescoed master bedroom ceiling with full modern kitchen. Antique art and furniture adorn it. L'appartamento si trova nella nuova zona residenziale di Firenze collegata al centro storico in 10 minuti con la linea T2 della tramvia. La stessa vi collega all'aereoporto in 5 minuti. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Vi e’ un ingresso con soggiorno- cucina molto luminoso grazie ad un balcone spazioso. This brand new apartment is best located in via Cimatori, corner with Signoria square. 2 minutes walk from uffizi gallery , 3 mins from the Duomo square. 75 sqm , 2 BDR ( 1 KING SIZE bed and 1 DOUBLE BED ) 1 full bathroom with shower and services and 1 with toilet and washer. Suitable up to 5 people ( extra sigle bed foldable for the 5th person placed in the living room.). 3rd floor with modern elevator ( no steps to walk at all! ) . Silent, stylish, cosy!

Bright and airy, fully air con, newly renovated to high spec 2 bed /1 bath apartment on the top floor of a 2 unit building dating back to the 1400's in the charming historical San Frediano district, an easy few minutes walk to all the main sights. According to Lonely Planet, San Frediano is the 1st world’s coolest neighbourhoods to visit. There is no lift, there are 28 steps, not many but quite challenging. Romantic apartment on the roof

Suggestive and spacious (140m) attic apartment. Delightful terrace rooftops, 2 double bedrooms (+ sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large living area and fully equipped kitchen. in the Old Town center, in the heart of the nightlife, but very quiet.
