The San Niccolò neighborhood was once a working class neighborhood which has been gentrified and is now considered to be one of the most authentic and chic quarters of Florence. It’s located in the heart of town on the left bank of the Arno, just a 5 minute walk from major monuments, is full of bars, art galleries, and very close to the city’s most beautiful gardens. In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel you can use on your needs but with attention to sharing with others.

San Niccolò Apartment

The house consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a small but comfortable living room. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room. One of the two bedrooms watches directly onto Via San Niccolò while the other overlooks the interior court. The living room also overlooks the internal courtyard with two windows - still the space is very bright and above all very quiet.
