All' interno della casa è possibile osservare un tratto di camminamento antico.NB per arrivare alla casetta bisognerà salire una rampa di scale e un tratto a piedi La zona risulta tranquilla e gode di un panorama sull' intera pianura. La struttura dista 1,2 km dal porto di Terracina e 1 km dal tempio di Giove Anxur. Lo scalo più vicino dista 78 km, aeroporto di Roma Ciampino.

Goditi momenti indimenticabili in uno dei borghi più belli e amati d'Italia. Centro storico, adiacente la piazzetta e in posizione perfetta per raggiungere il mare e i numerosi locali situati nei pressi. Perfetto per 2/4 ospiti e attrezzato di tutto. Secondo piano. Appartamento in unico ambiente, letto matrimoniale e due letti grandi a soppalco. A/C, apparecchio interno (a volte un po rumoroso). Essendo in frequentatissima zona del borgo, nelle ore notturne potrebbe esserci un po di confusione.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
