The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

The apartment is located in the heart of Porta Venezia, in a quiet road, at the fourth floor of a building dated 1940. The apartment has been recently refurbished, it is very luminous, it has high ceilings and consists of one bedroom and a living room with a very comfortable sofa-bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is at your disposal and is equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher. The entire apartment is covered by wifi.

Alloggiare in questo mini loft nel cuore di NoLo renderà il tuo soggiorno a Milano decisamente piacevole! La struttura della mia casa è resa particolare dai soffitti molto alti e dalle travi di legno a vista, dagli spazi luminosissimi e dal delizioso balconcino abitabile, ideale per la colazione da godersi nella tranquillità che solo alcuni cortili milanesi sanno regalare. La cucina a isola è il cuore della casa mentre la camera da letto in mansarda è una chicca romantica da non perdere!

OLIMPIADI!!! 15 min dal palazzo del ghiaccio con garage SEMPRE incluso e nessuna tassa aggiuntiva !!! 20min in auto dal duomo e dal caos propongo bilocale con divano allargabile anche se non e’ letto. Inclusi 2smart tv e wifi. Per muoversi meglio avere AUTO PROPRIA!!!. . in zona tranquilla il primo super market è’ ad 5 min di auto, a piedi non ci sono ristoranti vicini ma si può ordinare o cucinare un piatto di pasta (spesa fatta da me) NETFLIX DISNEY INCLUSI

E' un nuovissimo appartamento situato in una vecchia corte milanese facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici: con metro e bus in 22 minuti sei all'aeroporto di Linate, in 20 min. in Stazione Centrale, in 30 min. in Brera ed in 15 min. in Piazza Duomo. Pulizia impeccabile!Dotato di: Wi Fi ultra fibra, condizionatore, riscaldamento, ampio soggiorno, camera da letto accogliente, bagno dotato di ogni confort, macchina per caffè, bollitore e cucina attrezzata.

L'appartamento è ubicato a 40 minuti di auto da Milano e dall'aeroporto di Linate, situato in una piazza con ristorante. Appartamento accogliente e luminoso dotato anche di un piccolo giardino con sedie e tavolino per poter consumare un drink o semplicemente un caffè, troverete tutto l'occorrente per preparare un pranzo/cena e per quanto riguarda la colazione tutto il necessario offerto da noi. Inoltre c'è la rete wifi e TV smart con NETFLIX incluso.
