Apartment Vesna

Our 2 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

House "Peroika" (50m from the sea)

Located 50m from the sea, perfect for up to 5 guests, it's the ultimate spot for families and couples alike. This accommodation features 2 rooms separated by a backyard, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a kitchen that can be used both inside and outside, 2 terraces, and a nice BBQ area. You will adore this place if you are passionate about barbecuing. Guests appreciate it for the convenience of not needing a car to enjoy their stay. It is exceptionally suitable for families and nice holidays.

Apartment Bovi

Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

New modern apartment located in a small quiet place by the sea. It is located on the 1st floor of a house with a terrace and a beautiful sunset and sea view. It has a fenced yard of 500 m2 with parking space. The host is engaged in the production and sale of domestic olive oil and wine, and the sale of vegetables.The apartment is located only 10 min.walks to the nearest beach,and the place offers a handful of naturally unspoiled beaches that are easy to reach

Studio “Maki“ 900m from the beach (10min by walk)

Apartment is located 900m from the beach, 2 km from Fazana and 10 km from Pula. The apartment is located in a private house in Peroj on the 1st floor. The beach is only 900m away where you can find beach bars, rent a chairs, and try some water sports. Beach has an amazing view in the Brijuni islands. If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which lead to Fazana and Valbandon where you can meet other activities.

Summer holiday house near Fazana

FROM 15/04/2025 no more pets allowed Located in the center of the village in a quite area just five min drive from the beach. Our guests have access to a garage and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. The apartment is fully equipped and family frendly, Enjoyable time guaranteed. Green Penthouse apartment with a view of Brioni -

The interior design of our spaces was crafted by the award-winning local designer Matteo Cetinski. The boho-style focuses on a free-spirited aesthetic including organic elements. The floors are made of Slavonian oak, the armchairs are covered in wool and the couches are layered in linen. The natural elements used to furnish the spaces reflect what we stand for – our connection to our roots.

Miracle apt 4+1 pax with sea view in Peroj

Beautifully decorated luxury apartment on second floor with amazing sea view. It consist from hall, bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 double rooms, one with queen size bed and in second room are 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining table all in one space and balcony with garden furniture overlooking the coast of Peroj, Barbariga and Brijuni islands.

App Sun, 70m from beach

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Little white house

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Its a small house ( around 30 m2) in the centre of the village, near the supermarket, bus station, newsstand, pizzeria and bakery. The house has a yard, one bedroom with a double bed and Air conditioner, a kitchen and a bathroom. The guests have 2 bicycles available.
