Just Updated — Private Entrance Guest Suite near the Beach

Escape to the Pacific Ocean from a private suite set in an updated modern home. Sleep in and recharge in this quiet room featuring an en suite bath, private entry, fridge/microwave, beach chairs & towels, an open living space, and a Dutch door leading to an outdoor garden. Beautiful remodeled home in the heart of the Corona del Mar Village, just a few blocks away from Big Corona Beach, Pelican Hill Resort, Fashion Island and Balboa Island. Private entrance to secure and separate 'casita' room with flatscreen TV, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Private room is separate, secure and quiet-so no access to main house is available. However, host family is on-site to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. It boasts access to city parks, tennis courts, golf, and trails for biking and hiking all nearby. Located 1/2 mile from Newport Beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores it is great home base for exploring the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area and is just 2 miles from the water! Guest house is detached from main house, has private entrance, parking, full kitchen and fenced off back yard space. The Patio includes a BBQ and patio table to enjoy So-Cal evenings or take in the sun while not out exploring. Accommodating for both adventure and work travel!

Modern & Contemporary LARGE 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel. The City of Newport Beach has strict noise regulations and parties and large gatherings are not allowed at this property. City of Newport Beach Short Term Rental Permit #SLP13923
