Authentic Rustic Single Family Home in Old Town

Restored 1800's little single family home. Cozy, clean and artistically renovated to retain authenticity. Located in Old Town - walk to everything! Back yard patio with BBQ, perfect for morning coffee. Off street Parking! 4.6 miles to salem witch museum. Boston is 19 miles. Starbucks is a 2 minute WALK. Explore our little town and fall in love. Please this is not a party house. It is in a tiny little neighborhood. Quiet time 10pm - 8am. I want my precious home back in clean condition. Thx

Enjoy historic Salem in this bright, lovely condominium on the second and third floors of a fully renovated house. Two bedrooms, two family rooms, hardwood floors, and full kitchen with major appliances, dishwasher, and a sunny table for dining. A charming and private third floor (former attic) of historic home. Enter from the back of the house and take the stairs up to an apartment-like getaway. Includes bathroom with dressing area, living room with Murphy bed, and private bedroom with great light (w/ blackout curtain), cozy bed, and closet. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, TV, and WiFi. NOTES: No full kitchen Two steep flights of stairs (not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children)

Beautiful historical house in Salem

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A few minutes walk to a multitude of great restaurants, shops, galleries, the witch house, ghost and witch tours, trolley tours, Salem ferry, Pickering wharf, Salem witch museum, witch dungeon museum and a few minutes drive to Salem Willows and the house of the seven gables. All three bedrooms that are on the second floor will have AC units from mid June till September.
