Walk to the Beach from a Leafy Paradise in Mosman

This modern 75sqm self contained apartment is part of a luxury home with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. Suitable for older children or couples at an additional cost

This top floor apartment undoubtably has one of the best views and locations in all of Manly. Featuring eye watering panoramic views over Manly beach as well as Fairy Bower and Shelly beach. Fairy Bower is the perfect swimming spot due to its protected location and ocean pool, which makes it perfect for families. Private apartment set in large garden of elegant Vaucluse home, a short stroll to cafes and shops, close to harbour beaches and on a bus route. Apartment is totally private and very quiet with own entrance. It comes with fully equipped kitchen. It also has a Nespresso coffee machine, with complimentary teas and coffee. The apartment has all mod cons including reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, Bluetooth speaker, wifi and a good hairdryer!
