The condo was a perfect location, clean and very comfortable beds. The place was stocked with the essentials you need which is great in such a remote location. We would stay again!

What a gorgeous cabin so very close to the beautiful town of Breckenridge yet far enough away to see beautiful stars, hear peaceful sounds of wildlife and relax with your family. Whether you love nature, hitting the slopes or just walking around and shopping, this cabin is perfect. To add to it's beauty, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, there's a hot tub and MY absolute favorite..the floors are heated!! We love Breckenridge and this cabin suited my family of 5 very well.

Great place to stay over Spring Break with 5 teen friends and 2 moms. So much room to spread out! This house is close to Fairplay, but still feels surrounded by nature and is very private. We had a wonderful stay. The only hiccup was using the code to get inside when we arrived. One quick phone call to the on site property manager and we were able to get in! Great house, lots of light, and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking.

Tracey and Chet were wonderful hosts! Very easy to communicate with and even helped with suggestions when I was dealing with altitude sickness. The place is very clean and a close location to the mountains. Has many amenities, like humidifiers, to make the stay even more comfortable. They will tell you that you need an AWD/4WD vehicle up front and that is very true! But being prepared made it a non-issue. Great experience and would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Breckenridge! The space was incredibly spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The mountain views were stunning, especially with fresh snow. The location was ideal—just 9 minutes to town even during a snowstorm! We also loved cozying up by the fireplace. Highly recommend for a peaceful, scenic getaway!

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! We came to Breckenridge for our honeymoon and were delighted at how nice the place was! It was so close to everything and we walked everywhere. Such a great spot with a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. Loved it!

One of my favorite AirBB stays of all time. Spent two weeks with my two children and a few friends and loved everything. The A frame is stylish and adorable and in the best location. You are minutes from the mountain and yet you in a peaceful neighborhood and can just relax. The house is perfect and our hosts went out of their way to offer extra heaters, blankets to r anything else we might need. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The layout was also perfect for my family to be downstairs and our friend upstairs and very one had their own space. Will absolutely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's. The property was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances and dishes. Brian was very communicative and helpful. You've got to check out the Breckenridge Distillery right next door!
