Cute Apartment in Paleo Faliro 5-minute to the sea

Cozy 1st floor apartment with small balcony, located in Paleo Faliro, one of the finest suburbs of Athens with immediate access to all landmarks of the city. It is warm, welcoming and ideally situated among the center of Athens, Piraeus port and beautiful beaches. Very close to the sea and to tram station, only 5 min walk. Ideal for 2 guests. The sofa turns to semi-double bed for the 3rd guest. Several shops, super markets, restaurants, cafe, bakery, all nearby. Enjoy your stay, feeling at home.

Luxurious 8 Floor apt with a huge seaview veranda

An exclusive Penthouse (8th Floor) 110 sqm apartment with a huge 170 sqm veranda overlooking the sea of Saronikos Gulf, in front of Flisvos beach, giving total sense of privacy. It is a perfect combination between sea, sky and urban environment. It has a big living room and a kitchen with a table for 4 people surrounding of glass veranda doors for an unobstructing view. It has a big bedroom, actually two normal bedrooms in one, with gym bicycle, bench, weights, mat, an office desk and 2 closets.

Sunset luxury studio by the sea 2025

Welcome to the sunset luxury studio by the sea, renovated in 2025! The apartment located only a few meters away from the beach of Batis , an amazing tropical place with high palm trees and beautiful turquoise water. The sunset luxury studio is also very close to Marina flisvos , a spectacular spot where you can find restaurants, bars and coffee places. Furthermore, tram station is only 10 meters away , so that makes your transportation to other places like Sydagma square or Glyfada very easy!

A cozy 47sqm ground floor apartment overlooking to a patio, located in Paleo Faliro, next to the sea side and buss/tram station. In an elegant neighborhood along the sea coast with Parks, marinas, beaches, bars & restaurants. Super markets, grocery, butchery, are at 100m distance.Ideal location as it is very close to both the city center and Pireaus port (30 minutes from both). It is a quiet, safe and relaxed spot where you can enjoy the sea side while being close to the historic city center.

You can enjoy the sea view & the magnificent sunsets from each bedroom, or by just relaxing on the huge balcony. You can have your breakfast or dinner on the main terrace with a spectacular panoramic view of the Saronic Gulf. Athens City Centre is 10 min. away by car. Walking distance is Alimos Marina and Flisvos Marina Park and Stavros Niarchos Centre.

Mon Apartment Edem beach

NON smoking apartment! A small appartment studio 25 sq m. NEAR the sea, just 50m. (is across the road) no sea view. For 2adults. Small kitchen corner is fully equipped. with a beaches and nice walking area. Bus stops and tram stations are near to take you to the City centre (10min by car. 30min by tram and bus). Bars, tavernas, restourants, are nearby. Also 2 big supermarkets. (50-100m) The beaches are free ! I will be more than happy if you to ask any question about my appartment!

A nice small apartment on the Athens Riviera

Dora's house is located on the Athens Riviera, right across the sea. Next to bus and tram stops for destinations in Athens, Piraeus and Airport. Guests can taste local specialties and classic Greek food at the cafes and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Also ideal for working from home using the fast and reliable Wi Fi connection. Perfect for a couple, lone traveler, executives or friends. Close to the the major 3 marinas. Close to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.

4 bedroom can be the one living room as it closes with doors having a double bed and two singles beds. The apartment 200 sqm at first floor is located at the area of Palaio Faliro , five minutes walking distance from the sea beach , 10 minutes by bus from port Piraeus and 15 minutes by bus from the Acropolis Museam and important historical sites , 700 meters from Flisvos Marina , super-markets , restaurants are at a distance of 5 minutes on foot. All rooms have air-condition.
