This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Ron was a very responsive host. House was spacious and great for our large family. Had everything we needed to make meals at the house. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds and the pool! Thanks did a great stay!

It was a very family friendly environment. Easy to get to all the Vegas attractions.

Kin, Angie & John were so gracious & helpful. Their home is the loveliest of all the airbnbs I've stayed in to date & located in an upscale neighborhood/subdivision. It has two stories with a grand staircase. The room is beautifully + cheerfully decorated with everything a guest might need - writing desk, closet, oval mirror + bedside lamp w/ high wattage bulb & attractive, protective shade making reading + phone work easy on the eyes. There is a large window overlooking an enormous backyard that features palm trees & a waterfall. Just behind it is a wide walking path for bikers, joggers & pedestrians. The home is a little bit south of central Las Vegas but still within the city limits. Many of the bordering roads are studded with towering palm trees creating quite a majestic sight. The kitchen is spacious & includes an ice maker. There is a second floor laundry that guests may use. A bonus for me was the delightful cat family. I look forward to returning next year!

First off, fantastic host! We were less than 2 hours away from Vegas when we finally decided to rent out an Airbnb for our family. Rebecca was on the ball and communicated with us from the beginning. Our family of 4 (2 younger kids) really enjoyed the pool, the shuffle board, foosball table, and board games that was provided. Property is pet friendly for our house pup for a fee. Location was central to our activities: 30 minutes from Red Rock Canyon and about 20-25 minutes to the middle of the Strip. Space was accommodating and open. We didn't even use the 3rd bedroom cuz our kids slept in the same room with twin beds. We would consider staying here again in our future visits to Vegas. La casa estaba mejor de lo que se ve en fotos. Todo estuvo perfecto y Valerie siempre estuvo muy atenta con nosotros. La ubicación está en una muy buena zona muy tranquila y bonita. Mis niños amaron la alberca y los juegos de Arcade. Estuvimos muy contentos. Nos encantó la casa, definitivamente regresaríamos.

Ty was very responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had. Would stay there again if I wanted to be close to everything.

Quiet neighborhood, overall place was nice! Easy checkin and check out. I wish the place had a dishwasher as the stored plates/utensils seemed a little dirty, but not a big deal.
