Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

Appartamento nel cuore di Scilla

L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Scilla a pochissimi passi dalla piazza con vista panoramica sullo Stretto di Messina.Localizzato in un caratteristico vicolo con ingresso indipendente, lontano dai rumori della strada principale. Zona balneare e borgo Chianalea sono raggiungibili a piedi in 10 min e tramite ascensore (aperto solo nel periodo estivo) situato a 1 min dall’abitazione L'appartamento è composto da camera da letto, soggiorno con letto a castello, cucina e bagno

Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Our location guarantees peace and tranquility, yet we are only 1km from the town of San Nicolò, with all the necessary services (post office, ATM, bars, restaurants, market etc). Ideal for families and couples who love nature, tranquility and the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Un passo dal mare

E-house è posta a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera ( circa 150), che si raggiunge attraverso il comodo tratto evidenziato in foto. In 2 minuti vi troverete in una spiaggia di sabbia riservata anche nelle giornate di maggior afflusso. No lido presente. A pochi passi, direzione opposta, vi sono i migliori ristoranti e pizzerie della città nonché numerose piscine aperte al pubblico . L ampia veranda è condivisa con l altro appartamento ma è divisa da un separè che all occorrenza dona privacy.
