Coastal Bend Canal Cottage str permit #2025-195624

Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

North Padre Island Escape: Dog allowed King bed

New AC System - KING size bed and a queen wall bed - Reclining couch and chair. Our families always vacationed in the Corpus Christi area and we have made it our home. The condo is a quiet getaway on the canals that represents the island lifestyle (including furry family members). WIFI - for business, school, or entertainment. BEACH! Heated pools! Great Location! Playground!

Large, modern 1 bedroom/1 bathroom townhouse, for max 4adults and 2 kids, on N. Padre Isl. close to Packery channel. Short walk to the beach. 3 heated pools, playground, grills and 2 parking spots. Patio. Inside: 2 smart TVs with Netflix, washer/dryer, kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, crock-pot. Love the sunlight, enjoy whitecaps beach

The first floor condo has everything you need for your shorts trip getaway or staying like a home . King size extra pillows top mattress. Queen size sofa bed for your company. Granite countertops kitchen. Pull out cabinets to make you feel like you’re home. A lot of sunlight feels so warm and relaxed. Internet, cable dvd and books for you or just few steps away club house has nice size pool , hot tub exercise room and sauna room . You are even able to go fishing if you’d like.

Comfortable by the beach! Great summer getaway!

My place is close to the beach, great fishing, Mustang Island State Park, Padre Island National Seashore, restaurants and shopping!. You’ll love my place because of the view is amazing, the beach and Packery Lake from the patio. Walk down to the beach, come relax by the heated pool and hot tub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime on smart TVs.

Welcome to OUR home away from home! We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488
