The upper-level studio apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Daly City, with great restaurants and groceries within walking distance. It’s a few minutes’ drive to Bart Station and Fort Funston Beach, and 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco. Uber, Bart You are renting the upper section of the house, the lower unit belongs to other Airbnb guests. Although I have done extensive upgrades on sound proofing between the two units, loud noise or heavy footsteps can still transfer and disturb guests from downstairs. Please be respectful to the space and other guests.

Every detail has been thought of based on our past experience hosting and staying in lots of airbnbs. A lot of effort went into soundproofing the space but you will hear some toddler noise upstairs sometimes as early as 6:15am so if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep late this may not be the space for you.
