I have never stayed in South Park before. This location was so fun! Lots of little places to walk to. No issues with parking.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge and this fit perfectly. Anita and Brian are great hosts, friendly and helpful but still respected my privacy. The setting is also beautifully landscaped and the deck was great to have for relaxing and enjoying the water view. I can highly recommend.

This place was great for our quick weekend trip. Definitely worth the price.

Love Teri’s place! Feels just like home whenever we stay there. Walking distance to Better Buzz Coffee and Vons for groceries. Everything you need is there for you to make the place feel like home away from home. Teri was a great host too, can’t recommend her enough for anyone wanting to stay in San Diego.

This has been my favorite place I have ever stayed. The home was cozy and beautiful and I loved the energy because it had so much history and love. My boyfriend and I enjoyed looking at all Janet’s memorabilia and felt it just made the home more special and we were grateful to be there. Janet was incredibly sweet and I enjoyed meeting her and having the opportunity to talk to her. She was kind, caring and had a warm presence. When we left she took the time to say goodbye and it meant a lot to me. Her dog was also very cute! She had a garden that was incredibly dreamy too. All in all it was a lovely experience and I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Janet.🐶💜🦋

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Patricia’s place. The location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars and is a short drive to downtown San Diego, Little Italy etc. The home was clean and comfortable and perfect for two people. I met Patricia briefly as we were leaving. She was very friendly and had we been staying longer I would’ve asked her for local recommendations. I will absolutely stay there again when I’m back in California. Thank you, Patricia!

I absolutely loved my stay in the cottage! Everything was clean and the space felt roomy, with lots of storage. I appreciated all of the recommendations Carlos provided for attractions/dining. I will definitely be back!

This was our third time staying at Atoosa’s place and it never disappoints. The house is very clean, we love the location, and the neighborhood is so quiet. We always enjoy our stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Really enjoyed Alberto’s place, it’s nicely tucked away and provided a nice retreat from the busy area. We were able to relax and had all of the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the comfy couch and bed which allowed us to relax after a very busy few days. Off street parking was very nice as we had a busy agenda the few days we were in town and it was nice having our car in the driveway and secure off the street. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone in the area.

Everything was great but the thing that stood out the most was how CLEAN everything was. I find most airbnb hosts are not keeping their rentals as clean as I would like, but this one was spotless. Not only organized, but also bathroom and kitchen tiles, counters and floors throughout were very clean and I appreciated that so much! Stephanie also graciously offered to help with a pricing issue I encountered before booking which was very kind. The guest house is quiet and peaceful and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Very nice all around.

The stay was great overall—clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was parking. It’s street parking only, and finding a spot wasn’t easy. Once you do find one, it’s best to leave your car and get around using Uber/Lyft or even walking, since it’s pretty close to the main street.

BOOK IT! Aesthetically well done, extremely comfortable, perfect location. Really enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. Unit has everything you may need during your stay. Love this neighborhood, so many great restaurants and shops. Parking was always available. Space is squeaky clean and bed is comfy. Next time I’m in SD I will stay here again.

Amazing Place, Amazing Location just steps from the Mission Beach Sand, and most Importantly an Amazing host. My Girlfriend left some clothes, and she was able to figure a way out to get them back for us in just 20 minutes! Cheers

I cannot say enough great things about Kim’s Villa! It is in a perfect location and I felt right at home from the moment I stepped inside. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and the bedroom especially is very cozy. Kim herself was incredibly accommodating and kind - I was enjoying my stay so much that I decided to book for another week, and Kim went above and beyond to help make that happen for me! If you’re looking for the perfect stay in La Jolla - look no further than this Villa!

Very sweet spot for me and my son to stay while on Spring Break. We mentioned my son loved tacos, and Carrie gave us several recommendations and even gave us a gift card for The Taco Stand! So thoughtful! 🙂❤️🌮

This apartment is great for 2 people to enjoy the San Diego / La Jolla area. We stayed here for a full month. The apartment is very cozy and the hosts are absolutely fantastic! They have an office set up downstairs (in the garage) and work there most weekdays and occasionally on weekends, so you're not in a totally private house (you have your own entrance and space upstairs), but they are close by for questions. As is prevalent in the area our small dog was very welcome in this apartment. If you have a small dog be wary of coyotes that roam the area.

Josh’s place was super comfortable, easy to access, and had everything I needed for a smooth stay. It really felt like a little home away from home, with plenty of towels, blankets, and thoughtful touches throughout. Having access to the garage was a huge plus—especially in San Diego, where parking can be a hassle. The only minor issue was the slow Wi-Fi, but I used my hotspot and didn’t find it worth reaching out about. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a private, well-equipped place to stay and get a real feel for the city.

Exactly as advertised and in a great location not far from the beach and boardwalk. The bikes were great for getting around as well. The bed was also very comfortable. Easily accessed and had no issues at all!

The place was as described and Lori was responsive. Although, I did accidentally break a small plate while cleaning it. I let her know but didn't get a response. Oops! And it would have felt good hearing, "no worries it happens." Only because I felt bad. Overall, beautiful and relaxing. I'll definitely book there again when we're back to visit family!

It was a great spot to stay while visiting the coast. Kylee was very responsive and ready to help with anything. The binder in the house had lots of helpful information on the area. Just a heads up, if your vehicle is a larger SUV or truck it won’t fit in the garage. Our car rental upgraded us to an explorer and it was to big. That was beyond Kylee’s control but if we had known that prior we would of insisted on a mid size sedan or smaller SUV

Sam's place was lovely. The house is as advertised , and well appointed throughout. The garden was tranquil, and a nice place to relax after a long day. Sam provided us with all the kids items (Stroller, Pack n play, high chair, etc.) I highly recommend this house for all things San Diego. The location and amenities can't be beat.
