Booked for a week, I had a great stay over here. The host is friendly, always there for me whenever I needed help. The house look the same as what was shown on the pictures. The location within walking distance to a few attractions. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, such as AMASIA and more. Thank you allowing me to stay here.

Ali est un hôte remarquable , gentil , très réactif et super serviable . Le logement est conforme à la description idéalement situé à 10 min à pied de la place , nous étions 6 et c’était parfait . Un petit déjeuner typique qui vaut bien plus que certains hôtels tant sur la qualité que sur le prix . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter . Merci Ali !

We had an incredible stay in April ‘25 at Riad Modjakech. The Riad itself is spacious and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet part of the old town and good access to the souks and medina. Fatima looked after us very well with a delicious meal when we arrived and a superb breakfast prepared for us on a couple of mornings Mohammed our host was brilliant, very attentive & responsive. He organised our hot air balloon experience which was simply breath-taking. Thank you for an unforgettable few days in Marrakech, we will be back for certain.

Really lovely riad in a great location. Christian-Andre was really responsive and helpful when making the booking and Oussama was great in organising trips and taxis when we were there. The riad is in a good , quiet location. The nearby local Berber market is useful if you want to get some street food and the walk into the main souks is very easy. The rooms in the riad were spacious and clean and the pool was pretty warm and pleasant to relax in. The breakfast was filling too.

Nous avons passé l'un de nos meilleurs séjours dans cette Villa ! Famille nombreuses, chacun de nous a pu rapidement trouver ses marques, avoir son propre espace tout en profitant des espaces de vie spacieux, confortables et d'une propreté impeccable. Le jardin, comme l'intérieur de la maison, est extrêmement entretenu. Le concierge ainsi que la cuisinière sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle ! Nous avons également apprécié que Fatiha prenne le temps de venir nous saluer et prendre de nos nouvelles. Nous recommandons cette Villa les yeux fermés et nous y retournerons certainement !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances absolument parfaite. L’accueil a été exceptionnel, chaleureux et attentionné, et a clairement contribué au succès de notre séjour. Le logement était impeccable, idéalement situé au cœur du souk, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de l’ambiance locale. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, variés et servis avec soin. Nous avons également été très bien conseillés, aussi bien en amont de notre arrivée que durant tout notre séjour. Les services proposés ont largement dépassé nos attentes. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Riad Dar Cactus Blue! De Riad is prachtig ingericht, met veel oog voor detail en een heerlijke sfeer. De locatie is perfect: rustig, maar toch dicht bij alles wat je wilt ontdekken. Fatima is werkelijk een super host, ontzettend gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. Dankzij haar voelde ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Ook de maaltijden waren iedere keer een feestje: vers, smaakvol en met veel liefde bereid. We hebben echt genoten en komen zeker graag terug!

Un énorme merci à la fratrie Mohamed,Reda et Hicham pour leur gentillesse, leur réactivité, leur confiance.Ce sont des hommes avec un grand cœur.Une spéciale dédicace au jeune homme Abdellah,qui a toujours répondu présent peu importe l'heure et le jour.Cette villa est magnifique et d'un calme absolu.Hygiène irréprochable. La piscine a fait le bonheur de mes 4 enfants(moi y compris).Cuisine high tech,très fonctionnel.Un régal pour cuisiner.Chambres ,salles de bain au top .La décoration est tout simplement sublime.On sent le professionnalisme. Je recommande cette villa aux familles, franchement personne, je dis bien personne ne sera déçu

Shawn is an excellent host and the apartment is quiet and beautiful. It’s easy to get a bus or taxi nearby and we loved having a quiet place to come back to each day. Everything was comfortable and as/advertised, and Shawn went out of his way to solve a few problems for us. 10/10 recommend.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit prachtige appartement. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in te af te koelen en het uitzicht was adembenemend. De huisbaas was erg gastvrij en stond altijd klaar met tips voor de omgeving. Het appartement zelf was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. We komen zeker terug!

Very quiet place, no traffic. We didn’t use the pool as too cold in Dec but the pool was constantly cleaned. Garden is nice with hammock and seating. Bed lining was very clean. Two children met us on arrival to pass us the keys and the gardener came out from the house opposite immediately when I asked for parking and check out. Parking inside the gate is doable but pretty tight - small car and good driving recommended. I parked inside once and asked if I could park next door and it was OK, easy parking and close. Wifi works well and we streamed on TV for children. A nice place, only downside would be finding it and parking inside. Best way of finding it would be ask for the address of the school, which is on a main road. Right next to the school, you turn inside on mud track but you arrive in 1-2 minutes. The only park you have to use a mud track was the last 300 meters but Google maps took me to a few km of narrow mud track.

Todo genial! Fouad fue un anfitrión muy atento, agradable y dispuesto. El apartamento está impecable y da gusto quedarse allí. Lo recomiendo muchísimo! Súper limpio y con todas las comodidades y más para pasar unos días. Tranquilo y seguro. Gracias por todo!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, super Zentral gelegen, nie ein Taxi gebraucht- sehr ruhig und ideal für unsere Reisegruppe gewesen! Kann ich nur empfehlen- Ahmed war ein sehr toller Gastgeber, für diesen Preis mehr bekommen als erwartet🤩

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa, décoration intérieure très belle et colorée, piscine chauffée agréable en cette saison (fin d’hiver), nous avions une gouvernante de 9 à 16h qui faisait le ménage (vaisselle, machine et repassage), Houda et son mari ont été très gentils et réactifs, ils nous ont de plus recommandé de bonnes adresses, merci encore pour tout 😊

Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Mélissa répond rapidement aux demandes et si besoin des personnes sont sur place. Emplacement idéal qui donne accès à pieds aux nombreux sites. Commerces, gare, parcs, Medina à proximité. Très bon séjour ! Je recommande l'appartement de Mélissa.

This was a first time in Morocco/Marrakech, but we have lived in the Middle East for a few years. We loved the place. Marrakech is pretty touristy, but the house feels really authentic and comfortable. It is set back one street from one of the main thoroughfares in the souk, so you are within easy walking access of most of the msjor cultural sites, as well as all the bustle of the souk itself. A great place to return to during the heat of the day, either to rest in the cool downstairs or in the shade on the roof terrace. It is not the 5 star luxury which expensive riads will offer (there is one next door but one), but the experience was excellent. The food for our first night and breakfast next morning were just what we wanted. Nothing flashy. We took advantage of the transfer to and from the airport. A bit more expensive, but it took the hassle out of getting to and from the airport. We are very experienced travelers in the Middle East, but navigating the souk is not for beginners!

Excelent relatively modern apartment close to stores, restaurants and bars in Gueliz and 5m-10min taxi ride to the medina. Located in a quite street in front of a large park provides for quit environment. Very spacious with open living room, dinning room and small kitchen all together. Kitchen small but well equiped and adequate.

logement très spacieux piscine agréable est grande aucun bruit par contre il faut être véhiculé car elle se trouve à plus de 20 min de Marrakech dans un village . Le gardien et super Abder toujours à l écoute et de très bon conseil .
