Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

Das Anwesen liegt in einer privaten bewachten Wohnsiedlung. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wir fanden es großartig. Der Garten ist wirklich schön, allerdings ist die Pumpe für den Pool und die Bewässerung relativ laut, auch weil hier eine Tür als Lärmschutz fehlt. Da wir aber nicht am Pool gelegen haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Es ist wirklich eine paradiesische Umgebung mit einer sympathischen Haushälterin, die auf Wunsch ein leckeres Menü direkt vor Ort zum späteren Verzehr zubereitet. Dieses haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen, da wir nicht nach Marrakech zum Essen fahren wollten - warum auch, wenn man privat in einer so schönen Umgebung essen kann. Es gibt Zeiten, in denen häufiger Flugzeuge zu hören sind, aber auch das hat unser Wohlbefinden nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un grand merci à Aziz pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse qui a su nous guider tout le long de notre séjours Le Riad est tres bien situé propre et spacieux la résidence possède beaucoup d'atout également avec sa piscine,commerces.....nous avons pu manger sur place à plusieurs reprises Je vous conseille les yeux fermé Aziz qui sera être à votre écoute à tout moment et vous guidera dans vos demarche pour ma part nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir prochainement

nous avons été bien accueillis par Youness qui nous a présenté le Ryad du RDC à la terrasse qui est au 4e niveau. Logement spacieux dans une très grande résidence sécurisée et calme. Des restaurants accessibles pour une grande famille comme la nôtre (nous étions 8), des épiceries, avec droguerie et fruits et légumes. Il est possible d'aller à pied à la Bahia, à la place (environ 26 mn), à la Koutoubia ou encore au jardin Majorelle (39 mn).

Riad súper limpio y lo que ví en el anuncio es lo que ví directamente ahí, la ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo y con gran piscina, la propietaria Jamila un encanto de persona , siempre atenta a mis mensajes y cualquier pregunta estuvo atenta desde el primer minuto todo un 10 la verdad. y la cocinera Bouchra cocina muy bien y siempre preguntaba que es lo que nos apetece de comer.

Замечательный риад, атмосферный, в духе Марокко. Очень приятная хозяйка риада, очень вкусно готовила местные блюда. Риад находится в самом центре Медины, старого города, до основных достопримечательностей удобно добираться пешком. Для компании, большой семьи отличный вариант. К сожалению, не смогли воспользоваться бассейном, было прохладно. Но вид он создавал очень классный.

Appartement absolument magnifique!Des que nous sommes entrés,nous avons été époustouflé par la décoration sophistiqué et le souci du détail. impeccablement propre et disposait de tout le nécessaire y compris une cuisine bien équipée et Grand lit très confortable .Tout est à proximité Rien à dire juste Parfait .

Superbe appartement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Il se situe à quelques pas de la gare, ce qui est très pratique ! Elhoussaine est un hôte réactif, notre avion arrivait assez tôt et Elhoussaine nous a laissé arriver plus tôt dans l'appartement !

Très bon séjour, logement à proximité des transports en commun et de la gare de Casablanca. vous avez aussi dans les alentours plein de petits restaurants, fast-food et supermarché. L’hôte est très disponible et réactif au message. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, il répondra facilement à vos requêtes.

Recomiendo encarecidamente el alojamiento de Mounir. Es la cuarta vez que me hospedo en el mismo sitio. El lugar es una residencia tranquila controlada por agentes, barrio muy tranquilo en el que puedes llegar en taxi a todas partes. Hay varias cafeterías, tiendas, lavandería, etc. Si quieres escapar del ruido de la Medina, recomiendo realmente el alojamiento. El anfitrión es muy amable, siempre está disponible y atento por si necesitas algo. Muchas gracias Mounir.

Fantàstic apartament, molt ben ubicat, tranquil, gran,...ens em trobat com a casa, ... Lloc per aparcar, piscina,...un lloc collonut.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce logement au cœur de Marrakech ! L’appartement est magnifique, en vrai il est mieux que sur les photos, très spacieiux, très propre, très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Sa situation à 2 pas du M Avenue est vraiment très pratique : on peut sortir facilement, tout est à portée de main sans avoir à sortir en voiture, Un vrai plus quand on est avec des enfants. Houda et Kamel sont des hôtes formidables, chaleureux et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Mélissa répond rapidement aux demandes et si besoin des personnes sont sur place. Emplacement idéal qui donne accès à pieds aux nombreux sites. Commerces, gare, parcs, Medina à proximité. Très bon séjour ! Je recommande l'appartement de Mélissa.

Hakim and Naïma were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hakim communicated warmly through Airbnb, and Naïma took great care of my parents during their stay on site. The location is excellent, a calm and peaceful area with a spacious parking lot and a quiet balcony. Everything they needed was available, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!

Great base for Marrakesh - plenty of space and not far from a Carrefour, and very close to the train station too.
