We booked last minute to be close to my daughter’s graduation ceremony. Everything was as expected and had great communication from Joshua that left no questions. The setting was perfect and the kids loved the place. We want to come back and stay longer next time.

We enjoyed our stay! It felt like home away from home and was a cozy escape from the winter weather. The hot tub is a nice value add also!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Between the hot tub, fire pit, adn cozy basement with beautiful TV/lighting/sound system, it gave us everything we could have asked for. Brad was also very responsive to questions and proactive with all instructions. I'd love to come again for another weekend getaway.

Home away from home with beautiful views, and friendly neighborhood. We had good and bad weather on the trip and were so happy that we were able to entertain ourselves by enjoying the spacious home, hot tub, boardgames and grill and were also able to step outside for all the beautiful lake Michigan views and tunnel park just a very short drive away. We had a last minute change and Stacy was more than accommodating and made sure we felt welcome. We enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay as a Bachelorette group at Scott’s house in Holland. He sent us clear and straight forward instructions for check in and even gave us a late checkout on the day we left. The house is beautifully decorated and has a great layout for large groups. Lots of space in the kitchen for cooking and places to sit and lounge. We were very happy with this experience!

Very cozy, cute guesthouse in a super safe area. Bedroom and sitting room were huge and the bed was comfy. A quiet place, there were nice areas to walk around near the river and the park. Heidi was responsive and helpful and I will stay here again when visiting GR!

Great location!! A short walk to lots of restaurants, breweries, coffee, and other local shops. The place was clean and just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

The view was very nice the house is cute and comfortable and the beach is walkable distance.

A really prime location if you're planning to hit the beach (and why else would you be going to Grand Haven?). The beach is a short walk and it saves you having to look for public/street parking - which can be a pain. They are upfront about how small the space is and they are right. Not much room to maneuver in the room with the bunk beds and no separate dining area. The kitchen is also tiny but the place worked just fine for simple meals. It's a great location and great value. The hosts are on top of everything (we had two requests which they handled quickly and easily). We would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were in town for the tulip festival and this worked out perfect. Harriet was a great host and responded almost immediately any time we had a concern or question. Thank you again Harriet for everything!

Dan's place was fantastic! View was awesome, accommodations were above and beyond and our family can't wait to go back the next time we visit Grand Haven...I can't imagine how perfect it would be during the summer!!!!

Harriet's place was amazing, such a beautiful setting right on the lake. There were so many amenities, it was a great place for our large group of 8 adults. The bed choices were ample and comfortable and the upstairs decks were a plus. I would definitely rent here again.

The cottage was absolutely perfect. We had a lovely stay and theoughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend to all. Super convient to holland and zeeland.

Had a wonderful experience at Birch Cottage! Comfortably fit our six adults and three kids. Good amount of space in the kitchen and living area, and beautiful scenery for walks. Would highly recommend for small families.
