This is my 2nd time to stay in Takuya and Mika's place. It is superb. I wish I could give one more than 5 stars review. House is spotlessly clean with everything you needed. Hosts are always responsive. The neighborhood is safe with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to come back and please take good care:)

난바역까지 거리가 있지만 사쿠라가와역까지도보로 10분이내 가서 전철 타면 15분이내 갈수있고 교통이 불편하지만 그만큼 저렴한숙소라 가성비가 좋은것 같습니다 기본적으로 침실이 2개이고 거실이랑 주방도 깨끗해서 만족스럽게 놀다갑니다. 침실은 계단을 타야하는데 경사가 높아 아이들이나 어르신을 모시기에는 조금 힘들수있어요 그래도 기본적으로 편의시설도 잘갖춰져있고 해서 편하게 잘놀다 왔습니다.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement à la japonaise. L’hôte a été réactive et flexible pour notre arrivée. Le logement est à 25min à pieds de la gare. Pour ce déplacer privilégier le réseau de bus, très pratique et économique à Kyoto. Petits et grands supermarchés à proximité.

We loved our stay in Kyoto! Ichi communicated clearly and even had someone come by to walk us through everything. The home is a beautiful traditional-style house—peaceful and just outside the busy city center. It's very quiet, yet conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to reach all the main tourist spots. We truly enjoyed our time here!

We had a great time at Mayumi’s place. It was nice to be in a neighborhood. It was so easy to catch the busses or walk to different attractions. We felt very comfortable at her place. We definitely recommend checking out her house.

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Station und auch genügend Konbini-Stores in der Nähe. Gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin wenn wir was brauchten.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The apartment is beautiful, there is a Beamer for watching movies. And a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped. The two bedrooms each have two beds. So it was more than enough space for 4 people. The area is a quiet urban neighborhood, however it’s good to know that if you follow the road under the tunnel, you end up in the red light district. Which can be a bit unpleasant if you walk through it without knowing. The train station is about 10-15 mins walk and the nearest convenience store is about 5 mins. If you come by car, parking can be a bit tricky because of the narrow street. But even our relatively big car ended up fitting in the carport. We loved our stay so definitely recommend coming here!

Siamo state in questa casa in due ed ha rispettato a pieno le nostre aspettative, molto pulita e abbastanza vicina al centro, super comoda la fermata della metro e bus vicino casa. Sicuramente quando torneremo a Kyoto torneremo in questa casa 😊

房子的位置很舒服 周边京都氛围非常好 走路可以到达金阁寺 美中不足的是和室窗户外正对着隔壁的路灯 晚上睡觉时非常亮

A charming little house with all the amenities you'd need. Spacious and clean for 3 adults. Easy to find and check in instructions were easy. close to stations and shops. Chenli is the best host. super responsive with any questions and even assisted us with arranging luggage forwarding. thank you for sharing your lovely house with us. highly recommend !

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement traditionnel, qui m’a permis de saisir quelque chose de l’essence même de la sensibilité japonaise — dans son rapport à l’espace, à l’harmonie et à l’esthétique. Minimaliste et raffiné, le lieu dégage une grande sérénité. Je ne me lassais pas d’observer les détails de l’agencement, des décorations, des objets choisis avec soin. L’hôte a également fait preuve d’une grande hospitalité et d’une attention discrète mais précieuse tout au long du séjour. Le quartier est un peu excentré, mais très bien desservi par les transports.

highly recommend this beautiful location. away from the noise of the tourist centric activities near by. very walkable to those locations if desired. I loved my stat here. the bath is a bonus

The place was just like the pictures and the hosts took care of us by having transportation waiting for us at the train station. The apartment was located close enough to the trains to get wherever you needed to quickly. Check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this place and host. Thanks

This beautiful home is situated in a peaceful and cute neighbourhood. We could sleep with open windows. The alleys and little shops are worthwhile exploring. The walls are thin but the neighbourhood is very quiet. It is a short walk from the Nakazakicho metro station which gets you everywhere you need to go. The kitchen utensils are perfect if you want to cook. I appreciated the outdoor hanging space to dry clothes and towels. Was perfect for our family of four.

I highly recommend Leo’s home. It’s located in an awesome neighborhood very close to Umeda. Despite its proximity to Osaka station the neighborhood is quiet and had a ton of cute shops and restaurants. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of four. I highly recommend Leo’s home.

Beautiful architecture, home, and space. Very private and great for a large group. It was very quiet and peaceful for being so close to the city bustle. Endless options for food and drink around! The heated toilet seat and automated lid-opening and flushing felt extra luxurious. We loved our stay!

It is a traditional house for whom want to experience japanese life. It is also convenient to approach tourist attraction with two stations within 6 minutes walking. In general, it is worth what you pay for.

Incredibly nice host Lulu - she answered all our questions instantly, of which there were a million. If you want to know Japan from the inside, forget everything you are used to in Europe and enjoy this guest house! The beds are very comfortable, clean and cozy. It is quiet at night and we slept well. There is a large supermarket and several small ones nearby. The metro is nearby. Two floors at your disposal. We liked everything.
