A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. The studio is attached to the main house, however it has it's own private entrance and separate parking spot. The home is a short drive to downtown Orlando (7 min). 28 minutes to the Airport, 25 minutes to Disney, 15 minutes to Universal Studios, 20 minutes to Seaworld and a short drive to Orlando Health Hospital. There's laundry service within 5 minutes.

It has a private entrance, a king bed, overlooks the pool and the lake with views of downtown Orlando. Please note there is no kitchen, but there is a wetbar with microwave and mini fridge. In addition to the indoor shower, there is also a outdoor shower and a dock with canoe. Please also note the inside ceiling height is lower than average at 6'3”.
