Our family managed apartment house is located in the heart of a very beautiful environment. Our street is very quiet road. The beach is 70 meters away. All leisure activities, beaches, caffe bars, restaurants, shopping possibilities, petrol station, taxi, public transports, as well as the sights can be reached on short ways, so you can also spontaneously make your plans. We are happy to give a tips on leisure activities and cultural highlights of our city Zadar and his beautiful surroundings.

If you are interested you can also have,with additional paying, breakfast and dinner. Pet are also allowed but again with additional paying. Zadar Sun & Sea - Comfy Apartment with Big Terrace

A lovely ground-floor apartment with a private, shady terrace, perfect for up to 4 guests. It features a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed. The bright living room also has a sofa bed for two. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, fresh sheets and towels. The spacious terrace is separated from other guests and offers a dining table and comfortable seating. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue in the backyard and enjoy meals in the garden under the fig tree.

Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

It is only 15min drive to the city center and 20 meters from the beach. It is ideally suited for a family-friendly break.. The property plays host to stunning waterfront views and a tranquil atmosphere. Furthermore, large Mediterranean well-maintained lush gardens surround the house.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.

Lela Apartments

Apartment is brand new and its located in Kožino 30 meters from the sea(by foot) on the second floor. It has stunning view that you can enjoy while you are surrounded with peace. You have market 150 meters and restaurant 100 meters from apartment. The place is near Zadar (6 min drive, or cca 6km) so you can be there quickly. Its a perfect place for vacation!
