In the heart of Muskoka cottage Located in Muskoka cottage country, our traditional boathouse sits on pristine Lake Joseph—perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports. The private living area is for your exclusive use. The lower dock is a shared space with the homeowner and available. You’re welcome to bring a motorized boat or Jet Ski; open dock space is included. We also provide two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment. Relax, recharge, and enjoy!

Once we arrive on the beach and secure the houseboat, you're on your own! When it's time to go home there will be another 1-3hr houseboat ride.

Island is boat access only….so either bring your own boat or use the complimentary shuttle! You must arrive by 5pm for shuttle! The Dragon + Private Island

The Dragon is a 3-season houseboat moored at a private island in Manitou bay off the Gatineau River, accessed by canoeing 800m from our home parking. The island will be yours alone, offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature and a loved one! The Dragon has solar power, as well as a propane cookstove and fridge.

The Nellie

The Nellie is a four-season houseboat, located in the wilderness of the Gatineau River; a boat-in location in summer, accessed from our home parking 1 km from the boat, or via two public boat launches 10km away. We offer canoe rentals and ferry options below. She has a bucket toilet outdoors.
