This location doesn't get any better- Old Town restaurants, bars and shops all at your doorstep! Highlights: -stylish and spacious with tall ceilings, 1550sqft -great for large families or small gatherings -free onsite parking (2 spaces) -directly in the middle of Old Town Once you've experienced Old Town, the trolley station is a six minute walk away to explore the rest of San Diego. Old Town San Diego House, Very Walkable

Best Location!!! Walk to all! Take the trolley, Uber! & optional -one parking space. Please read the reviews! You'll love it too! It's Central & well furnished & a fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains. "Old Town Trolley Tours" is fun. Our sister property is called: Old Town Patio & Tree Swing Casita

This well designed, fully updated detached studio casita is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in San Diego - Mission Hills. Surrounded by a serene garden courtyard with private entry and quiet patio. Close to great dining, grocery stores and shopping, and a mere 10 minutes or less to most of San Diego’s main attractions. If you are coming by car, there is plenty of free street parking - otherwise Ubers are plentiful and reasonably priced.

Forever View

Enjoy the views from the covered patio while the ocean breeze flows around you! This is a modern home with a fully stocked kitchen and attention to the smallest detail accounted for. Short drive to the airport, downtown, beaches, SeaWorld, La Jolla and most other attractions in San Diego. Owners live in a unit on-site, and there are no shared spaces or access between units.
