The house is located in a small and quiet neighborhood, with a few restaurants and small groceries shops around. Almograve beach is less than 1 km away and it’s accessible by foot, with a nice pathway that ends at the ocean. If walking it’s in your plans, the Fisherman’s trail (Rota Vicentina) starts from here. It’s the ideal place if you’re looking for some quietness.

Welcome to Quinta Carapeto ! You will sleep in a very unique transformed oval pig shed with a reciprocal roof and glass top window for star gazing and amazing views into the garden. It's equipped with a little kitchenette, with a two flame gas cooker and small fridge. It has a double bed 1,40x2,00m. Optional we have a camping bed if you wanna come with one child. Also There is a big outdoor bathhouse with warm water. Our place is at a 1,5km off-road track suitable for normal cars.

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.

The "Casa do Poço Azul" is an old fishrman's house, renewed in 2017, in a lovely village in Alentejo (Longueira Almograve), with 3 rooms, 2 WC, living room & kitchen, large garden, in the center of natural reserve "Costa Vicentina" with access to wonderful desert beaches, that can be done walking, riding or by car .
