Howdy! Our beach Vacation Condo is on the North Padre Island, the safest place in Corpus Christi. A king bedroom suite and a bonus Loft with queen bed. Overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Two couch beds in the living room so sleep 6 total. Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping.

This ground level condo is stocked to make your stay enjoyable. The reviews don't lie, the bed is comfortable. For your protection we disinfect all remotes, light switches, door handles knobs and handles with a solution recommended by the CDC to kill any surface viruses. We wash all linens, quilts, towels and bath mats between each guest. There is a Wildlife Refuge across the street with walking trails that run along the Oso Bay. $40 nonrefundable pet fee will be charged if bringing a pet.

All reservations require the primary guest be 25 years of age or older. You will need to register your car at the office when you arrive. This ocean front 2nd floor condo has amazing ocean view and sunrises. It has been completely remodeled in 2019. We have one pool directly in front of our condo and 2nd one by the office. No pets are allowed due to HOA rules. We are very close to all the shopping and restaraunts. Come listen to the waves and smell the salt air from the balcony.
