This house is a true gem in Lofoten — peaceful, beautiful, cosy, and wonderfully private all at once. Inside, it’s spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. Runa and Johan are exceptional hosts — thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely warm. One memorable example of their kindness happened while we were in Svolvær. A rockfall occurred on the E10 road near Røvik, which led to the road being closed and made it impossible for us to drive back to our accommodation. Fortunately, Runa and Johan went above and beyond to help us. They not only offered us helpful advice, but also kindly drove to the harbor to pick us up and brought us safely back to the house. We are truly grateful for their generosity and support — they made our stay even more special.

We had a really good time. Rita put a lot of love in this house. We were looking for something quite and we were not disappointed. We slept better than anywhere else. It is the perfect place to relax. And what was really nice as well: Thanks to Rita we found a boat to rent and could catch our dinner and spend some good time on the water. We even saw some little whales. The rocks not far from the harbor are good to catch Makrele. The little supermarket is not far away and you get everything you need to survive. :) If you want to have a bit more choice (especially of fruits and vegetables) you should buy it at a bigger store on the way to Salsbruket. Rita was always super quick in replying our questions.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans le logement de Henny Karoline, et c’était un plaisir. L’appartement était extrêmement propre, et bien rangé. Il dispose de tout le nécessaire et la place de parking est un plus. Je recommande fortement.

We had an amazing stay at Kine's place! Kine was such a friendly and responsive host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The atmosphere of the house was fantastic, and it comfortably fit all five of us. The location is stunning, with incredible views right in front of the jetty. The home appliances were also top-notch, making our stay even more convenient and comfortable. To top it off, we were able to watch the northern lights from the yard – an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Anne Kristin’s place was the perfect place for a two day stay, beautiful surroundings and privacy. Anne gave us clear instructions about check in, check out and how things like radiators and kitchen work, totally recommend it

Waren 1 Woche im März in diesem exquisiten Haus. Traumhaus, der Ausblick perfekt. Von der riesigen Fensterfront Rehe, Füchse und Nordlichter gesehen. Ich möchte garnicht alles beschreiben, dann wollen zu viele Andere in dieses Objekt und wir haben beim nächsten Mal das Nachsehen;-)

Sanna was a super host:) Very friendly, responsive and hospitable:) We were surrounded by beautiful nature at a lake. It is a perfect place to spot the northern lights and end the evening with the outdoor sauna. We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach unvergesslich! Die Lage am Fluss war absolut atemberaubend und die Aussicht auf die Natur rundum ließ uns jeden Tag aufs Neue staunen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der Abend, an dem wir die Polarlichter direkt über dem Haus und dem angrenzenden Fluss sehen konnten – ein Anblick, den man wohl nur selten im Leben erlebt! Es war ein magischer Moment, den wir nie vergessen werden. Die Umgebung war unglaublich ruhig und privat – perfekt, um wirklich abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Für uns war es die perfekte Auszeit, fernab vom hektischen Alltag. Die Fahrt zur nächsten Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeit dauert zwar etwa eine halbe Stunde, aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem, denn es hat sich absolut gelohnt, in dieser idyllischen Lage zu wohnen. Ein Auto ist hier definitiv notwendig, um die Region bequem zu erkunden. Alles in allem war es eine traumhafte Woche, die wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben.

Anbefales for en opplevelse i vakre omgivelser, der du føler deg som hjemme. Kort vei til alt Mosjøen har å by på - restauranter, kafeer, kulturopplevelser og naturopplevelser. Vakker utsikt til Vefsna og skikkelig småbyidyll.

Als Familie mit 6 Personen und einem Kleinkind haben wir den Aufenthalt im großzügigen Ferienhaus genossen. Die küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Holzkamin und die geschmackvolle Möblierung trug zur behaglichen Atmosphäre bei. Die tolle Aussicht auf den See und die Beobachtung der Polarlichter vom Balkon und auch durch die großen Fenster, haben uns gefallen. Ilkka war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, wir empfehlen ihn gerne weiter.

Utsikten är magisk från verandan , bastu och jacuzzi helt suveräna. Mycket bra kök och plats för många i huset. Nära till vandringen, skidor och fisket , Ludvig är hjälpsam värd.

We keken enorm uit naar ons verblijf in Noorwegen en de host was steeds bereikbaar. We kozen voor een verblijf in rust en natuur met sauna en hottub. Voor het gebruik hiervan moesten we bijbetalen wat niet zo heel duidelijk staat vermeld. Voor deze prijs misschien wel wat meer hout voorzien want hier kom je zeker niet mee toe en vermits de prijs toch al prijzig is mocht dit er wel onbeperkt inzitten vinden wij. Het huis was proper, ruim en prachtig zicht. Wel een gevaarlijke trap naar boven, vooral het gat naar onder als je boven staat. Kinderen die aan het spelen zijn hebben dit niet altijd in het oog, misschien een omheining voorzien voor de veiligheid! De openhaard is zeker een pluspunt want we houden van deze gezelligheid. We hebben 5 van de 6 nachten het noorderlicht kunnen bewonderen vanop het terras. De keukenuitrusting kan misschien nog iets uitgebreider. We misten een mixer om onze soep te mixen en een vergiet om de spaghetti af te schudden.

Miika is a wonderful host who ensure you settle in safely and comfortably. The backyard is a great area for you to have fun and relax with a view of the frozen lake. You can also catch the memerising sight of the Aurora at Miika’s place. This is definitely a wonderful house for everyone! p.s. the salmon soup is a gem 😋

We had a lovely experience there. The house is big, clean and really beautiful. Jarmo was really kind and guided us to find northern lights. I will come back for sure. For me, 10/10.

Beautifully designed cottage by the seaside - very stunning views from the windows Spacious enough for 4 people, the well-equipped kitchen is also a big plus - highly recommended!

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Vi havde 5 overnatninger i Karins hus. Vi er to voksne og to børn på 8 og 10 år. Huset er meget hyggeligt og passede perfekt til os. Vi nød det smukke vinterlandskab og den frosne fjord. Huset ligger ikke langt fra Luleå, men man skal ud af nogle småvej med begrænset hastighed, så det tager ca. 25. min. Køreturen er tilgengæld meget smuk gennem vinterskoven, og vejen blev fint ryddet mens vi var der. Karin er meget fleksibel og imødekommende, og vi fik rigtig god information både før og efter tjek ud.

Unser Aufenthalt in Olgas Unterkunft war sehr angenehm! Olga ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten über Airbnb reagierte. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war auch an kalten Wintertagen angenehm warm; Warmwasser war schnell verfügbar. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, was sie zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt macht, um die "gesamten" Lofoten zu erkunden. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist großartig! Der Supermarkt in Gehweite hatte alles Nötige. Olga achtete auf viele kleine Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machten – so waren z.B. Kaffeebohnen in der Kaffeemaschine und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bereits vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko war der begrenzte Platz zur Unterbringung von Kleidung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für das was geboten wird, hervorragend. Ich kann die Unterkunft damit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Excellent experience, I would definitely come back! The house was super clean, warm, and well-equipped. It's located right by the sea, super quiet zone, you can't hear any cars, and you're surrounded by mountains. There's a supermarket near the house that has everything. But if you arrive very late, I recommend bringing food because it will be closed. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Grete and her husband were very kind and helpful at all times. Thank you both so much!
