The property was so great. Cabins are small but that was expected and honestly still had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed our stay!

If you're looking for a PEACEFUL, PRIVATE location- This is it! You're packed between some trees to the front and sides, and a meadow in the rear. It's off of a county road. I think after we arrived I could count on 1 hand how many cars we saw or heard our entire stay. The drive up was BEAUTIFUL. If they could post a drove shot of the drive up I would. It rained all day and it did feel a bit damp, but it was fine. If there's open availability in summer we're definitely headed back! My kids were dying to play outside!

Loved the pond, the peaceful atmosphere and the cabin is so cozy! It was the perfect place to unplug and unwind for a few days!

Jenny's place was great. Had everything we needed, and very quiet. The surroundings are like a bird sanctuary. It's private but not secluded, their residence is about 500 feet away from the cabin. But they have taken measures to make it feel private. Literally the only drawback is the driveway. She did warn us before getting there that it was in need of repair, but bad is an understatement. It is almost undrivable especially if you are in anything lower than a minivan. We went 2 miles an hour and still bottomed out in some places. Just beware!! But overall great stay!

Susan’s place was great for our brief stay in Geneva for a YMCA swim meet at Spire. The location was perfect - within 5-10 minutes from Spire. We felt right at home. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Joann (Jo Jo) is a wonderful hoast. When I contacted her in the morning prior to making one of our several day trips, about the need of a grab handle for the bathroom she had it there later on that same day when we returned. This was our 4th vacation trip to the Ashtabula / Geneva on the lake area. We've stayed at different rentals every time. This is the first time that neighbors interacted with us and made us feel welcome. We've already book this place for the same time period next year. A gentleman that lives at the end of the drive invited us to come down and experience the sunset any time we wanted. The house was just the right size for myself the wife and our fur baby. There is a fantastic gas grill there and I used it twice to grill dinner, I plan to bring a griddle plate for next year so I can cook up some magic for the neighbor's. We are so looking forward to September 2025 and another 7 relaxing days at J Jo's beach house. You won't go wrong if you book this cottage.

This is a beautiful, truly off the grid place to stay. It was super relaxing and we had an awesome time despite the rainy weather. I did send Liz a message but didn’t get a response. The question answered itself when I arrived but would have been nice not to have to pack the item I asked about. This place doesn’t have a tv which didn’t bother us at all, but some might want one😂. Overall, wonderful stay and we would definitely go again!

Tim was a great host! The A-Frame was the perfect weekend getaway where I could rest and recharge. The house was on the back of their farm and hanging out on the back deck and by the fire in the evening was the best way to end the day. The property is also near some great hiking destinations as well. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, you will love it here. I’d definitely recommend and I hope to come back soon!

We loved this cabin! Perfect for our friends getaway..we got to strengthen our sisterhood bond surrounded by nature. We went to “TimberCreek Tap & Table” a local bar/restaurant for some quick bites and drinks. We did arts & crafts at the small dining room table. we loved the fireplace!

Perfect weekend getaway in the forest! I loved this tiny home. It had everything we needed and wanted. I loved being able to look out into the forest all around. So cozy and cute! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

this isn't our first time at this cute little cabin and hopefully it's not our last. it's nice and tucked away but close enough to town.

a great place to get away for a few days. despite some terrible weather the day before we arrived leaving most of the grounds muddy, Kathleen and her husband were well prepared to help us get to the tiny haven house mud-free! very accommodating and really enjoyed our stay

Our stay at The Haven was wonderful. We wish our stay was even longer so we will have to come back sometime in the future. We had an issue with the door code upon checkin but the host was super responsive and it was resolved in less than a minute. Any questions we had were quickly answered. But the place was absolutely amazing. It was tucked in off the long driveway and was absolutely peaceful. The pond was relaxing to sit by and view the fish and wildlife. The porch was nice with good seating and a gas fire pit for the chilly nights. Only thing I wish it had was a gas or charcoal grill but that’s just me lol. The bed was comfy and came with extra sheets if you needed any. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities one would need. The reclining couch was a great way to unwind and relax. If you’re looking to have a peaceful getaway this is the place to book.

Amazing place and absolutely beautiful. The river view and space were unique, quality and beautiful . We grilled, watched movies, star gazed and enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the rolling river down below. We even played Bingo at the local dive down the road (Shilling’s Mills Tavern) and won! A really fun weekend - we want to return with friends renting the other special properties very soon in the summertime.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. My dog however, had the most amazing time, I think had even more fun than us! He loved the trails and exploring the property. The property is beautiful and the views from the field behind the house are amazing.

Such a cozy and charming stay! The decor was super cute—every little detail made the place feel welcoming. The fold-out couch was surprisingly comfy and perfect for cuddling up to watch a movie at night. We loved having access to the hot tub under the stars, and the chickens and ducks were such a fun bonus! Getting to feed them in the morning made it feel like a mini farm escape. Would definitely come back!

This place was great and perfect for our last minute 2 night stay. The only thing was the parking was tight. house had everything we needed was very clean and in a nice neighborhood, no tv in the bedroom but that was ok for us , otherwise everything was great and checkout was easy too. Michael was a great host and left clear instructions.

Very cute little bungalow, we stayed there for a last minute getaway. Enjoyed the fire pit area with a bundle of wood. The bottle of wine was nice too. I loved all the dog friendly little things there. coffee bar was very cute! The place was spotless. We are definitely coming back to stay. Hosts were great!

This tiny house is so beautifully done! The little courtyard you enter through is so welcoming and then stepping into the actual house, we immediately noted that it smelled super clean. I loved that we were able to park our vehicle inside a locked gate so we didn't have to worry about security. The house was super clean, had all the amenities of home. We couldn't have been happier. This was so much better than staying in a boring hotel! Our host was very friendly, helpful, and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would love to come and stay again! Great experience!
