Sandy feet retreat Caister-on-Sea is a brand new bungalow finished September 2020, unlike most holiday lets this has been specifically built and designed for all your holiday needs. We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

Tranquil holiday home nestled in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Enjoy star-gazing in the gorgeous wood-fired hot tub. This elegantly styled country cottage is perfect for couples. Damson Cottage takes it’s name from the Damson trees growing around it, which are laden with fruit in late summer. It’s a calm relaxing place to be with lots of natural light streaming in. This peaceful spot is amazing! Often you can only hear the birds and maybe a tractor somewhere far off in the distance…

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!
