Walk through a garden oasis to access this 3 bedroom family-friendly first floor suite. The home is centrally located in a quiet area of North Vancouver with Cloverley Park right across the street. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and trails, 5 minutes to Lonsdale Quay, 10 minutes to the mountains, and 20 minutes to downtown. Great access for transit and plenty of free street parking right out front. There is a primary suite upstairs where the hosts live.

The Old Yoga Studio

My husband and I recreated my old yoga studio, finding and re-using as much as possible. The long open room, with reclaimed hardwood flooring, leads you to a deck on the edge of the forest of Princess Park. A salmon creek runs to the west. Sometimes you'll have a visiting racoon, owl or bear. A block from some of the best mountain biking on the North Shore. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the Moodyville neighborhood of Lower Lonsdale. Perfect for weekend getaways, workcations, or extended vacations! Short term & long term stays welcome! Perfect space for 1-2 travelers. With a baby, it’ll be a tight space. No smoking/vaping. No animals of any kind permitted.
