Modern inner city 3 bed eco house

Architecturally significant and award winning eco house one mile from Bristol City Centre situated in the leafy suburb of Redland. The self contained property is well equipped, sleeping up to five people comfortably. There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. A spacious (720 square feet) 1 bedroom flat (own entrance) on West Mall, in the heart of Clifton Village. Visitor car parking permit included. Fibre broadband 900Mbps. Four-poster kingsized bed with new 2-person sofa bed in the lounge. There is an Amazon Echo, underfloor heating in bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, 65" Samsung TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a Nespresso coffeemaker. 5 min walk from Clifton Suspension Bridge and opposite The Ivy Brasserie Clifton in central Clifton Village.

Set within beautiful village at foot of the Mendips with shop, pubs and lake. Priced for two guests. Additional guests fee of £12. S/C Annex with own entrance attached to main cottage. Check in from 2pm to 10pm unless previously agreed. Can be flexible with check in, please ask before booking. Check out by 11am. 10 mins drive to Bristol Airport, 2 mins to Coombe Lodge, 5mins to Aldwick Court Estate. Double bed, single and a trundle in lounge if required. Sleeps three for short stays.

Holiday Apartment at Sand Bay

This first-floor apartment faces the beach at Kewstoke, with views directly across the Bristol Channel to Cardiff and the islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm. The living-room area and the larger bedroom feature patio doors which open onto the balcony, which faces west and is ideal for watching the sunset on summer evenings. Sand Bay is a stretch of unspoilt beach, very tranquil, but there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus into the nearby town of Weston-Super-Mare.

Garden Flat near Whiteladies Road with Parking

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. Basic kitchen essentials for two people. Unfortunately this is not a space for social gatherings or entertaining friends and family.

Stunning traditional flat in the heart of Bristol

My apartment has been stylishly furnished, while bringing out the traditional features of a Georgian property. Having grown up in Zimbabwe I was inspired to bring a taste of the local culture to Bristol. The place is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre, Clifton and Gloucester road. There are many renowned restaurants, cafes and bars with a wide selection of cuisines. We require guests to be very respectful of our neighbours and noise levels during their stay.

A beautiful 1 bedroom flat with period features and views across Bristol. A stones throw from the cafes and bars of bustling Stokes Croft, a 10 minute walk to the independent shops of Gloucester Road and a 5 minute walk to Cabot Circus, for shopping & town centre. A light open plan kitchen / living space, well equiped to cook an evening meal and a window seat from which to enjoy the views. The large dark walled bedroom feels cosy with orignal shutters that open on to a quiet street.

'Under the eaves' Accomodation in Clifton, Bristol

Attractive self contained accommodation in a small quiet tree-lined street of family houses in the very heart of Clifton. In contrast to the rest of our beautiful Victorian home it has a light contemporary feel with 5 large velux windows (complete with blackout blinds) providing superb views over Bristol. We should like to stress that being a loft conversion in some areas the ceiling is low and this may be a bit of a problem, particularly, for guests taller than 1.76m (5ft10ins)
