The unique house located by the water, with a splendid view. 8 + 2 people can comfortably and cozily enjoy their vacation in this spacious property. Almost all rooms in the house offer a stunning view of the river, and you can also savor the riverside scenery from the outdoor hot tub and terrace. The city services are only about 5 km, and Santa Claus Village is 15 km away. In front of the house, there are ample parking spaces for cars. Excellent jogging and skiing opportunities are nearby.

Nauti tyylikkäästä ja laadukkaasta majoittumiskokemuksesta Iso-Syötteen rinteessä sijaitsevassa huvilassa. Tilaa on hulppeat 108 m2 kahdessa kerroksessa. Yläkerta sijaitsee katutasossa ja siinä sijaitsee avara olohuone ja tupakeittiö, eteinen, kylpyhuone, sauna, wc ja makuuhuone parisängyllä. Alakerrassa tilava oleskelutila jossa takka sekä tv, kaksi makuuhuonetta ja wc. Suurista ikkunoista avautuu upeat maisemat talvella tykkypuineen ja kesällä kauniiseen metsään korkealta tunturista.

Idyllic Villa Puistola &Sauna near Santa's Village

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.
