1930's Seaside holiday home, four-poster bed

Our sunny 1930's bungalow is ready to welcome you for a traditional seaside holiday! Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. It's a very short walk to the town, beach and steam train! Please do message if you would like more information.

Cottage in the dunes. One minute from the sea

One minute from the sea and a gorgeous empty beach! Come and stay in a newly built two bedroomed cottage nestling in the sand dunes with its own path down to the beach. 500m from the village of Sea Palling with its pub and shops. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. There is a shower in the bathroom. Imagine sitting on the wooden porch with a cuppa or glass of wine savouring the sunset There is a seal colony at Horsey beach nearby and lots of bird watching opportunities

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Belle Air cottage in Brancaster

Belle Air is a two bedrooms two bathrooms bungalow beautifully located in the wonderful village of Brancaster. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.
